Beki: Originally we were going to just make a lyric video for ‘It’s Too Late To Be Normal’, but I had the idea of adding our Skullman logo’s head to images of business suits.
I thought that this would illustrate the message of the song – a round peg in a square hole. What will happen to all us alternative people if/when the last venue closes?
This involved some junior school level art, sizing and printing some characters from our album sleeves, printing some ‘Business attire’ images, cutting out the Skullman heads and sticking them onto the suits.
Paul photographed the results and edited them into some footage of us playing live and then added the lyrics.
