METHODS OF PAYMENT

Our server is secure. We accept PAYPAL and major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo. Due to address verification limitations, we cannot accept or process gift cards of any kind other than discount codes sent via our mailing list.

PayPal & No Chex are very strict about credit card holder information. Please provide proper billing information exactly as it appears on your monthly billing statement from the card issuing bank. We will verify your address with your bank before shipping your order. For shipping to a work address your company name must appear in the shipping address. If the credit card billing address does not match with your shipping address, or the issuing bank's records, we will attempt to contact you to confirm you are the cardholder.

ORDER PROCESSING

We receive all internet orders the same day you place an order with us online. Credit card orders typically are verified, packed and shipped out to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends). Shipping takes 3-14 business days depending on where you live. It is rare, but if an item that you ordered is out of stock we reserve the right to hold your order for up to 2 weeks until the item becomes available. If the item is still not available, we will contact you to determine an alternate item to send you, or give you a refund.

ORDER CONFIRMATIONS (1 & 2)

1. At the end of checkout you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order.

2. Once your order ships you will receive a second email notification confirming that your order has officially left our warehouse.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES

Please order carefully. All sales are final.

IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM

We take customer service very seriously. If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, we will take care of you ! Email ViceSquadShop Customer Service within 14 days from the order date to make the necessary arrangements for us to correct the error.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD STATEMENT

We take credit card fraud very seriously. Before your credit card is charged, we verify all of your information with the card issuing bank to make sure you are the correct owner of the credit card. If any of this information does not match, or your card was reported lost or stolen, we will report you to the credit card fraud agency; and you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This is all done to protect you, the card holder, and us from losing any money.
